I was born an Army Brat and grew up all over Germany , attending a number of different schools over there. I even got my first job in Germany working as a Photo lab Apprentice.

My mom was my reading inspiration. I remember watching her sit on the couch, reading a book. When I learned to read I started doing the same. Soon those children's books and young adult novels no longer held my interest and I started going through her books for something more interesting. Boy did she have some interesting books!

In 1997 I moved to the US with my parents and had one heck of a culture shock. Up until that point the only experience I'd had with American culture was through books and TV.

To my fathers' horror I started reading what he considered inappropriate books when I was about 12. Then again I can't really blame him for his reaction since he found out about my steamy romance novels while driving on a really windy road on the side of a mountain. Dad wanted to know what I was reading so I read him a few pages at which time he almost drove off the side.

I've been writing for as long as I can remember. Whenever I didn't like a story or part of a story I'd just rewrite it (this was before I knew about such things as copyright laws)

Since then I've had a number of jobs including a eight year stint as an exotic dancer, finally settling in as a housewife and mother when my first child was born.

Currently I live in PA with my husband (without whom I never would have had the nerve to actually submit a story), my two kids and small zoo.

In my free time I write and when that doesn't work (writers block, every authors worst nightmare) I knit or crochet and spend lots of time with my kids.
